Co-founded Bizitek, a CRM and BPM software company, and grew it from 6 to 130 employees — building enterprise-grade products deployed by telecoms, banks, and multinationals across Europe and the Middle East.
The Executive
At Ericsson: built a 200-person R&D and delivery center in Istanbul, led digital transformation across Middle East, then managed Ericsson's Digital Portfolio for Central Europe — delivering €8-figure BSS/OSS programs.
The AI Pioneer
As CTO and CISO at MOSTLY AI — built a state-of-the-art synthetic data platform using proprietary autoregressive models, deployed LLM-based assistants and agents, architected a fully GitOps-based IaC infrastructure on AWS, and achieved ISO 27001 & SOC 2 Type II certifications.
